This site is operated by Pi Zeta Ltd, trading as Regetus, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10132555, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, 10-12 Bourlet Close, London W1W 7BR. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Pi Zeta Ltd.
2. Information, not advice
The content of this site is general information about regulatory regimes. It is not legal advice or advice about any particular firm, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. Regulatory requirements change, and each page reflects our reading of them when it was written. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of this site alone.
3. What we are not
Pi Zeta Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or by any other regulator. We advise firms on obtaining and maintaining their own authorisation; we do not carry on regulated activities, we do not hold client money, and we do not give investment advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the FCA, CySEC, the Central Bank of Cyprus, the MFSA, ESMA or any other regulator. The decision on any application, and the time it takes, rest with the regulator, and we cannot guarantee either.
4. Engagements
We act for a client only under a written letter of engagement setting out the scope of the work and the fee. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no adviser–client relationship arises from using the site or sending us an enquiry.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site is owned by Pi Zeta Ltd. You may view it and print or save extracts for your own reference. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
Where this site links to regulators or other third parties, it does so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this site.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
